- Package contains one ZENTOPIA gel/foam hybrid seat cushion. Gel cushion is made from soft non-toxic TPR Gel set into a memory foam base.
- Zippered removable cushion cover is 100% Polyester and is machine washable. Let air dry.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Zen Essentials Gel Seat Cushion.
- Both the cushion and fabric cover must be returned together and must be in their original, undamaged condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Before returning your product, please contact our customer service center at support@zenvirtuoso.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack Your Item:
- Securely pack the cushion and cover in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Ensure that the return label is clearly visible on the package.
Ship Your Return:
- Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified in the return instructions provided with your return label.
- We will track the return shipment and provide updates on the return status.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item).
Important Notes:
- Damaged or Missing Items: If the cushion or cover is returned damaged or any parts are missing, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
