  • Can I use the cushions on any type of chair?
    Yes, our cushions can be used on almost any type of chair, including office chairs, car seats, dining chairs, airplane seats, theaters or stadiums. Our universal designs make our cushions easy to transport and use wherever you need for comfortable seating.
  • How do I clean the cushion and cushion cover?
    Cleaning the cushion cover is easy. Simply machine wash it in cold water and tumble dry on low heat or allow it to air-dry for optimal results. Avoid using bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning the cover. As for the gel seat cushion itself, it can be cleaned by rinsing with water, or warm soapy water can also be used if necessary.
  • Is the Zen Essential TPR Gel cushion latex-free?
    Yes, all of our cushions are 100% latex-free. We use non-toxic TPR gel material that is safe for use by individuals with latex sensitivities or allergies.
  • Are the seat cushions safe for people with allergies?
    Yes, our TPE gel seat cushions are hypoallergenic and safe for individuals with allergies. The materials used in our cushions are carefully selected to ensure they do not cause allergic reactions, providing you with a comfortable and worry-free seating experience.

Its waterproof properties ensure durability and convenience, allowing you to enjoy comfortable seating in various environments. The removable cover can be easily air-dried or machine-dried for added convenience and maintenance.
  • Are the cushions suitable for people with certain medical conditions?
    Yes, our cushions are designed to relieve pain and ease pressure due to conditions such as back aches, pregnancy, lumbar strain, coccyx injury, degenerative disc disease and sciatica. They can be used by anyone looking for additional comfort and support while sitting, regardless of medical conditions. However, if you have a specific medical condition or concern, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider before using any new product.
  • What are the cushion dimensions?
    Due to slight variations in manufacturing, the dimensions of our cushions may vary slightly. The typical dimensions are: Minimum size: 41 x 37 x 3.3 cm (16 x 14.5 x 1.3 in) Maximum size: 43 x 37 x 3.3 cm (16.9 x 14.5 x 1.3 in) We ensure that all cushions meet our high standards of comfort and quality, regardless of these minor differences in size.
