- Package contains one gel seat cushion. Gel cushion is made from soft non-toxic TPR Gel. Cushion without cover can be rinsed or gently washed with soap and water.
- Zippered removable cushion cover is 94% Polyester; 6% Spandex and is machine washable. Do not put in dryer. Instead, let the cover air dry. Do not dry clean.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Zen Essentials Gel Seat Cushion.
- Both the cushion and fabric cover must be returned together and must be in their original, undamaged condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Before returning your product, please contact our customer service center at support@zenvirtuoso.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack Your Item:
- Securely pack the cushion and cover in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Ensure that the return label is clearly visible on the package.
Ship Your Return:
- Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified in the return instructions provided with your return label.
- We will track the return shipment and provide updates on the return status.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item).

- Damaged or Missing Items: If the cushion or cover is returned damaged or any parts are missing, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

I use public transportation to get to and from work everyday and the seats can be so uncomfortable, especially if you have to sit in one for any amount of time. This cushion is easy to stuff in my backpack and makes the commute so much more comfortable. Plus, it feels nice knowing I’ve got a clean layer between me and the seat. Definitely worth it if you use public transportation.
This cushion is a lifesaver and a quick fix for comfort if you sit for long hours. Wasn't sure about it but figured I'd give it a try. So glad I did. Makes a huge difference. Now, I can sit for long stretches and my back is no longer stiff. Some purchases work out well. This is one of them.
